A deal is more than a signed contract - it's THE CONNECTION between two parties (or more) that allow for a transaction of this magnitude to take place. I'm always out, meeting people and making sure that I have a constant pulse on what is going on. I door knock, hand out flyers, and run Open Houses as Real Estate Agents have done since the beginning of time. BUT, I also leverage Tik Tok, Instagram, and Artificial Intelligence to reach audiences that this industry has never seen before.

 

Most Realtor's have never been in a Developer's shoes or worked a day on a Construction Site. I've done both, and these experiences allow me to speak to Real Estate in ways that nobody else can.
